Délai de récupération entre le site du Crédit agricole et Kresus

Rebonjour,

J’ai configuré mes accès au crédit agricole. Ça a très bien fonctionné pour le premier import.
Les comptes et les opérations se sont importés.

Ce matin, j’ai une nouvelle opération sur mon compte courant, elle est visible sur le site du CA.

Si je lance la synchro depuis kresus, elle n’apparait pas.

Si tu recharges la page de Kresus, elle n’apparaît toujours pas ?

non, malheureusement. J’ai évidemment tenté ça et la synchro (plusieurs fois).

Je vais tenter de supprimer les comptes pour les recréer.

Après recréation des comptes, ça apparait bien … je verrai lors des prochaines opérations.

Maintenant que j’y repense, je crois qu’on a une situation connue où ça peut merder si la nouvelle opération précède (en date) l’import…
@ZeHiro en parlerait mieux que moi :smiley:

Ah non, la balance pourrait ne pas être à jour mais l’opération devrait quand même apparaître…
Bon bah tiens nous au courant si ça arrive de nouveau !

bah écoute, ce matin tout s’est bien passé … je ne comprends pas du coup.
